Priority Relationship Manager – Lagos
This role is a full‑time position at Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria, located in Lagos. Candidates should hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or a related field and possess a minimum of seven years of banking and sales experience.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of affluent clients, acquiring new customers.

Deepen existing relationships and grow the client portfolio.

Provide outstanding client experiences while delivering advisory‑led wealth solutions and selling wealth‑management products.

Organize, follow up on leads, complete and record appointments, and close customer requests.

Support clients to meet financial needs throughout career and life stages.

Build long‑term relationships, identifying clients’ financial needs and aspirations to grow, manage and protect their wealth with appropriate investment solutions.

Keep abreast of market trends, new product offerings and latest campaigns.

Ensure regulatory compliance in client account management.

Maintain high‑standard client service experience.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor of Science (BSc) or equivalent.

Professional membership(s) relevant to continuous development.

Bank training – mandatory, developmental, regulatory/compliance, e‑learning.

Languages – as required for the role.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.

Ability to learn new products and services quickly.

Market awareness and benchmarking.
