Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, the Marketing Operations Specialist owns the planning, execution, and operational quality of Videojet US/Canada's regional marketing campaigns. This role is the engine that turns marketing strategy into well‑executed programs in the field — translating campaign briefs into structured plans, building and launching campaigns across email and other channels, and ensuring every program runs cleanly, on time, and with measurable impact.

This is a hands‑on execution role for someone who is energized by running multiple campaigns in parallel and getting the operational details right. In this role, a typical day will look like:

Lead the planning and execution of Videojet US/Canada's regional marketing campaigns end-to-end, including email programs, nurture sequences, multi‑touch campaigns, and ABM‑driven campaign plays

Translate campaign briefs into structured execution plans — audience selection, message sequencing, channel mix, timing, and follow‑up flow

Build, launch, and monitor campaigns across email and connected channels, ensuring quality and on‑time delivery

Coordinate cross‑functional inputs — content, creative, audience data, landing pages — to bring each campaign to life

Own the regional campaign calendar, sequencing programs and balancing capacity across marketing and commercial priorities

Execute ABM‑style campaigns targeting named accounts, partnering with sales and SDR teams on lead routing and engagement quality

Maintain campaign performance dashboards and post‑campaign reporting in partnership with the Commercial Analytics Specialist

The essential requirements of the job include:

3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with a clear focus on campaign management, planning, and execution

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Demonstrated track record of executing multi‑touch email and nurture campaigns from brief to results

Hands‑on experience using marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar) for day‑to‑day campaign execution

Working knowledge of CRM systems and lead flow (Salesforce strongly preferred)

Strong project management skills, with the ability to run multiple campaigns in parallel without dropping operational quality
