Social Media Specialist

Overview 922 Social Management is a boutique social media marketing agency that helps businesses grow through strategic content creation and social media management. We work with brands across a variety of industries including healthcare, fitness, beauty, dental, and professional services. Our focus is creating high quality content that tells our clients’ stories, builds community, and drives business results.
We’re looking for someone who is creative, organized, dependable, and excited to be part of a growing agency.
Responsibilities Attend client content shoots and assist with filming and capturing behind the scenes content
Edit short form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms using CapCut
Design graphics, carousels, and story content in Canva
Organize and manage content libraries
Ensure content is delivered according to client deadlines and posting schedules
Assist in maintaining consistent branding across all client accounts
Collaborate with the team during brainstorming sessions and content planning
Help prepare content calendars and organize monthly deliverables
Stay up to date on current social media trends and platform updates
Support additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications We’re looking for someone who:
Is proficient in Canva
Has an eye for aesthetics, composition, and storytelling
Is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
Takes initiative and ownership without needing constant direction
Is dependable, professional, and communicates effectively
Is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Has reliable transportation to attend local content shoots
Is passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing
