Entry Level Communications Associate

GLO Wisconsin is seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Communications Associates.
This full-time, in-person position offers the opportunity to develop professional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills while working alongside a supportive and energetic team.
As a Communications Associate, you'll play an important role in representing nationally recognized organizations, engaging with members of the public, and helping to communicate key campaign messages in a clear, professional, and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

Represent client campaigns in a professional manner

Engage with individuals through face-to-face conversations

Communicate campaign information accurately and effectively

Build positive relationships and create meaningful interactions

Assist with campaign execution and daily event activities

Support customer and donor acquisition initiatives

Contribute towards individual and team goals

What Werom Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong work ethic and reliability

Confidence interacting with a variety of people

Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment

Experience in communications, customer service, hospitality, retail, events, sports, volunteering, or leadership activities is beneficial but not required.
