About the Opportunity
As a Communications Associate, you'll play an important role in representing client campaigns through face-to-face interactions at retail venues and promotional events. Your ability to communicate effectively, build trust, and create positive customer experiences will directly contribute to the success of each campaign.

You'll work alongside experienced professionals who will help you develop practical communication techniques, presentation skills, and business knowledge from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

Representing client campaigns with confidence and professionalism.

Communicating campaign messages clearly to members of the public.

Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences.

Answering questions and providing information about products, services, or charitable initiatives.

Assisting customers through registrations, purchases, or sign-ups where appropriate.

Collaborating with your team to deliver successful marketing campaigns.

Continuously developing your communication and interpersonal skills through ongoing coaching.
