Campaign Manager — Field, GOTV & Volunteer Leadership

Iowa Democratic Party is seeking several full-time Campaign Managers to work on targeted statehouse races across Iowa. You will manage field and finance efforts, coordinate with 1–2 candidates, recruit volunteers, and report to the Candidate Services Director.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, with campaign experience or volunteer backgrounds, and able to work independently with candidates. Remote start is possible, with relocation to the district expected for the role.
