2nd Shift Production Supervisor – Safety & Quality Focus

PPG Industries, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Production Supervisor to mentor safety, quality and productivity on the 2:00 pm–10:30 pm shift. This on-site role reports to the Production Superintendent and focuses on standardized work and accountable teams to meet goals.
You will oversee unionized hourly staff, resolve workflow issues with cross-functional teams, and uphold the safety program to minimize incidents while ensuring safe, efficient production of quality products.
