Producer, Commercial Lines

The Opportunity Sales professionals have the opportunity to promote HUB’s full suite of insurance products and services from a recognized global leader in the industry. They will provide customers with all lines of coverage and help achieve full potential as an insurance advisor.
Responsibilities Promote HUB’s insurance products and services to potential and existing customers.
Provide timely insights and information to customers using best-in-class research tools and programs.
Participate in HUB’s internal sales rewards initiative, including the Superior HUB Awards & Recognition Program (SHARP).
Qualifications HS diploma or GED (college preferred).
Related sales experience within the Commercial Insurance brokerage space.
Valid insurance license in good standing.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels within the organization.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and various CRMs.
Requirements Required experience: 2‑5 years of relevant experience.
Required travel: Up to 50%.
Required education: Some college (no degree).
Salary and Compensation The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 and may be impacted by skills, experience, work location, business line, scope and level. Eligible annual bonuses, equity and commissions may be available for some positions.
