Have deep understanding and empathy for customer needs, using user research and creative feedback mechanisms to validate product hypotheses and optimal product solutions. This will include working with our Service Delivery team to elicit their input on new product features.
Be data‑driven and use data to decide the best opportunities that deliver the most business impact.
