Senior Creative Executive – Films (France) – Amazon MGM Studios
Amazon MGM Studios is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Executive for Films to join our French team, reporting directly to the Head of Movies & Scripted. This role will be primarily focused on supporting series development within the French market.

About the Role
Based in France, you will support the creative development of original French‑language content for Amazon MGM Studios. France has become a key production hub for Amazon MGM Studios. You will help identify, develop, and shepherd high‑quality films from concept through production.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Extensive experience in script development with deep understanding of story structure, character development, and serialized storytelling.

Background from a major production company, broadcaster, or studio in France.

Proven track record supporting multiple development projects simultaneously.

Strong relationships within the French entertainment industry.

Excellent creative instincts with the ability to identify commercially viable local content.

Fluency in French and English required.

Key Job Responsibilities

Support the development of multiple series projects simultaneously.

Collaborate closely with production partners, writers, and directors throughout the development process.

Identify and cultivate relationships with top French creative talent, production companies, and literary sources.

Provide creative notes and script development expertise across all stages of production.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Production, Business Affairs, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications (English & French)

Experience executing content projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

Experience supporting creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion.

Experience with a proven track record of storytelling by developing successful films as an independent producer, executive in a studio, or part of a customer‑facing media company.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Experience working with talent and designing, planning, and delivering content projects.

Experience working at a production company, TV network, broadcaster, or online streaming platform.

Proficiency in evaluating and developing content across multiple genres.

Strong knowledge of the French production ecosystem.

Fluency in French and English (speaking, writing, reading).
