Overview Prime Video is a leading digital video service offering a broad selection of content. We are seeking a Music Executive to join our Los Angeles music team, supporting studio original series and movie productions in Mexico. The Music Executive will be integral to the music team, using knowledge of music and a network of relationships in the entertainment and music industry in Mexico and Latin America to drive successful projects. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden entertainment experience at a growing studio with a fast-paced, goal-oriented culture.
Key responsibilities Management and tracking of music budgets, talent deals, composers, scoring process, music production, music delivery, and music licensing for designated productions
Supervision of designated productions on behalf of the studio
Arranging music meetings, taking and sharing meeting notes, and monitoring action items
Supervising music deliverables, including the collation of cue sheets and ensuring third-party publishing information is accurate
Coordinating music releases, playlists, and other marketing/PR activities
Assisting with music operations as needed
Providing administrative support to the Mexico and LatAm Music Team
Partner effectively across internal divisions and with external partners using excellent communication skills
Basic Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both Spanish and English
Robust knowledge of the music landscape and nuances of producing content in Mexico and Latin America
Adept at learning new software and web-based tools, with a strong understanding of cloud-based document and database systems
Experience providing in-house music support for a TV or film production company
Film & TV music supervision experience
Experience managing cue sheets (ideally on Soundmouse)
Experience with project management systems such as Airtable
Experience with DISCO
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of sound, dialogue, and music editing and mixing workflows
3+ years of music programming, music supervision, editorial, or A&R experience
General knowledge of and curiosity about AI tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
