Position: Marketing Coordinator Department: Marketing – Home & Outdoor Location: New York, NY – Hybrid (3 days onsite)
About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator provides day‑to‑day support for the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies for the brand. The role executes and tracks digital and retail marketing campaigns, manages the marketing calendar and budget, and works closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
Support marketing campaign management across digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
Coordinate the delivery of physical and digital assets from the creative team to media agencies, retailers, and partners.
Audit eCommerce and partner campaigns to ensure CLPs, PDPs, banners, emails, social posts and copy are as briefed and delivered.
Track performance of select ad campaigns and warehouse performance data.
Schedule internal and external marketing campaign meetings.
Provide digital content support including social media, influencer, blog, and partnership initiatives.
Develop influencer outreach list and assist with influencer mailings, including ordering, collating and mailing of product and collateral production.
Track receipt of all packages and monitor social media tools for posts/mentions.
Work with social media managers to track campaign performance.
Maintain and track the OXO marketing budget, coordinate new vendor setup, receive vendor invoices, create and raise POs.
Improve and maintain billing tracking and budgeting processes; attend monthly finance meetings to report on budget shifts and updates.
Track budget forecasts vs. actuals and issue accruals as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical background with proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with quantitative analysis and insights – financial, marketing data/analytical statistics for consumer insights.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and deliver multiple projects concurrently under tight time constraints.
Naturally collaborative and energized by cross‑functional teamwork.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication or related field.
2+ years of CPG experience.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Marketing, digital, or sales experience.
Knowledge and passion for home and food trends.
Compensation & Benefits
In NewYork, the standard base pay range for this role is $62,067–$68,500 annually. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as location, experience, skill level, and performance. This base pay range is one component of the total compensation package for employees. Benefits include salary + bonus, healthcare, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid parental leave, 401(k) with company match, basic life insurance, short‑term disability (STD), long‑term disability (LTD), paid time off (PTO), paid charitable leave, and educational assistance.
