We are a fast‑growing marketing agency that helps brands scale through influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate programs, and digital growth strategies. We are seeking a Creator Partnership Manager to build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors.
Position Overview

The Creator Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and managing creator partnerships across multiple platforms. This role requires strong relationship‑building, negotiation, outreach, and project‑management skills.
Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit creators, influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors.
Conduct outreach through email, social media, and creator platforms.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with creators.
Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and campaign expectations.
Coordinate creator onboarding and campaign execution.
Track creator performance and campaign results.
Manage creator databases and outreach pipelines.
Collaborate with marketing, affiliate, and client success teams.
Identify opportunities to expand creator and partnership networks.
Requirements

Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, sales, or business development.
Strong communication and relationship‑management skills.
Excellent negotiation and outreach abilities.
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and creator ecosystems.
Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
Preferred Experience

Marketing agency experience.
Influencer campaign management.
Affiliate marketing or partnership management.
Experience working with creators and talent agencies.
CRM or partnership management software experience.
