About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Wealth Management Marketing. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on marketer with a proven track record in the financial services industry, particularly in marketing to financial advisors, RIAs, and wealth platforms. This role is pivotal in driving the next phase of growth for the company's private wealth solutions business, and the VP will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy. Key responsibilities include translating the company's investment expertise into compelling messaging, leading the creation of high-quality marketing content across various channels, and building and maintaining advisor-facing marketing resources. The role also involves leading brand-building initiatives, monitoring industry trends, and ensuring that all marketing activities comply with regulatory standards.

Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a field related to marketing, communications, or finance, and significant experience in wealth management or asset management marketing. A deep understanding of the wealth management landscape, advisor business models, and investment products, particularly private markets offerings, is essential. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, intellectually curious, and highly accountable, with strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in marketing private markets solutions within the private wealth or intermediary channel and familiarity with advisor education and product launch support is also preferred. The role requires a professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and is adept at both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
