About the Role

We are looking for a senior commercial leader to build, lead, and scale Skan's Strategic Account Director (SAD) organization across the Americas. This is a player-manager role: you will manage a team of Strategic Account Directors who each own a portfolio of large enterprise accounts

spanning BFSI, healthcare, and other named verticals

while carrying overall accountability for the region's net revenue retention and expansion number.
You will hire, coach, and develop SADs; set account strategy and territory design; personally engage at the executive level in the region's most strategic accounts; and ensure the team runs a consistent, rigorous cadence of account planning, forecasting, and QBRs. You will partner closely with Sales leadership, Partnerships, Solutions, and Customer Success to make sure the Americas book of business grows predictably and customers realize measurable outcomes from Skan.
The ideal candidate has led or built a team of enterprise/strategic account managers at a B2B SaaS company or leading Agentic provider, has personally carried and exceeded a large NRR/expansion number, and can operate credibly from the C-suite of Fortune 500 clients down to the account team's day-to-day execution. This is a people-leadership role paired with individual commercial ownership

you are accountable for your team's results as if they were your own.

Establish a consistent account-planning methodology, QBR cadence, and executive sponsorship program across the team's portfolio.
Personally engage as an executive sponsor on the region's most strategic or at-risk accounts.
Revenue & Forecast Ownership
