Owning the renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of customers, the remote Renewals Manager will drive timely contract renewals, build trusted relationships, and identify expansion opportunities to enhance customer value.
Key responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring successful contract renewals for assigned customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a strategic partner throughout the renewal lifecycle
Identify renewal risks early and collaborate with internal teams to create mitigation plans and support upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or a related customer-facing role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in the cybersecurity, enterprise software, or SaaS industries is preferred
Proficiency in using Salesforce or another enterprise CRM
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess renewal risks and make data-driven decisions
