What You Will Do

Execute brand activation campaigns aligned with annual marketing plans.

Manage activation agencies, promoters, merchandisers, and third-party vendors.

Lead product sampling, roadshows, college activations, retail promotions, and community engagement.

Coordinate activations, sampling, and promotions.

Support sponsorships, sports events, music platforms, and youth engagement initiatives.

Ensure POSM deployment and brand visibility at every touchpoint.

Monitor activation budgets and ensure spend compliance.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3–4 years of FMCG activation / field / trade marketing experience.

Strong project and people management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Must have a valid driving license.
