Summary
The Designer, Digital supports the execution and expansion of creative campaigns across digital marketing channels by adapting established creative systems into high-quality deliverables that maintain brand consistency and visual excellence. Working under the direction of the Digital Designer, this role is responsible for building and extending campaign assets across web, e-commerce, email, social media, digital advertising, retailer marketing, and other digital touchpoints while ensuring work remains on brand and on schedule.
Responsibilities
Execute and extend established creative campaigns across digital marketing channels including web, e-commerce, email, social media, paid media, retailer marketing, and other digital platforms.
Adapt approved campaign creative into a wide variety of digital deliverables while maintaining consistency with established brand standards and campaign systems.
Support the Digital Designer in the execution of campaign work by producing high-quality digital assets that meet creative, technical, and timeline requirements.
Apply thoughtful design decisions through image selection, typography, layout, composition, cropping, color application, and graphic placement while working within established creative direction.
Build digital assets from existing templates and campaign systems while ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Provide production design support for retail, print, packaging, sales, and internal marketing materials as needed.
Prepare production‑ready files for digital and print deliverables, ensuring assets meet vendor, retailer, and platform specifications.
Upload, organize, tag, and maintain completed creative assets within the company's Digital Asset Management (Bynder) platform.
Maintain organized working files and follow established file naming, versioning, and archival processes.
Support campaign development through research, visual reference gathering, presentation support, and creative inspiration.
Assist the creative team with photography and video productions through asset preparation, presentation support, on‑set assistance, image selects, post‑production organization, and other production support tasks as assigned.
Stay informed on digital design trends and evolving platform best practices.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure creative work is delivered accurately and on schedule.
Maintain global brand consistency across all visual communications.
Other duties as reasonably assigned.
Required Skills
1–2 years of relevant experience in digital graphic design.
Strong graphic design foundation with an excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, hierarchy, and visual communication.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
Familiarity with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for basic motion support.
Experience creating digital marketing assets across web, email, social media, e-commerce, and digital advertising platforms.
Experience preparing production‑ready artwork for both digital and print deliverables.
Working knowledge of Asana.
Experience using Bynder or similar Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
Ability to work within established brand guidelines while applying strong visual judgment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments.
Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and collaborative approach.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro beyond basic production tasks.
Familiarity with Blender or other 3D software.
Basic motion graphics experience.
Basic image retouching and photo compositing skills.
Interest in photography, video production, and creative campaign development.
Experience working with consumer product brands.
Compensation
$68,640-89,775 is the salary range for this position. It represents a portion of the overall package, and includes flexibility based on the candidate's qualifications.
