As the Territory Manager , you will:
Drive sales growth and market adoption across an assigned territory in support of the company7s oncology medical device portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders within hospitals and healthcare systems.
Develop and execute territory business plans that identify opportunities for growth and increased utilization.
Educate clinicians and care teams on product benefits, clinical value, and appropriate use of complex medical technologies.
Partner closely with marketing, clinical affairs, and leadership teams to support product launches, training initiatives, and customer engagement.
Serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing product expertise, procedural support, and ongoing clinical education when needed.
Capture and communicate voice-of-customer insights to inform product development, marketing strategy, and commercial execution.
Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics to identify opportunities and strengthen territory performance.
Drive consistent pipeline development, forecasting, and territory reporting to support overall commercial objectives.
Qualifications for this role:
5+ years of successful experience in the medical device industry , preferably with medical device and/or disruptive or complex procedural technologies.
Established relationships and experience selling into Interventional Radiology (IR) and/or Cath Lab strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in territory growth, account development, and physician relationship management.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to educate clinicians and influence key stakeholders.
A deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics and hospital sales processes.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
