Brand & Content Marketing Manager
Salary Range: $85k to $110k

Overview
Our client is one of the largest precious metals and gold IRA retailers in the United States. They are seeking a Marketing Manager of Brand & Content to own how our brand is perceived by anyone encountering it from the outside – in search results, across social platforms, on YouTube, and through the creators and voices who talk about us.

This is an ownership role. Today our content output is strong and our brand presence is uncoordinated. We are looking for the person who will take responsibility for the gap between those two facts.

Responsibilities
Brand presence and perception

Own the external presentation of the brand end to end: what someone finds when they search us, what they see on our social profiles, and how our assets read across every owned and third-Party surface.

Conduct a full audit of the brand's current external footprint and build a prioritized roadmap to fix what's inconsistent, outdated, or off-standard.

Establish and enforce brand standards across all customer-facing content, ensuring consistency in voice, visual identity, and positioning regardless of who produces the asset.

Monitor brand sentiment, review platforms, and third-Party mentions; own the response strategy.

Creator and talent partnerships

Identify, recruit, negotiate with, and manage external content creators, influencers, and media partners to produce and distribute content for the brand.

Own the creator pipeline end to end: sourcing, briefing, contracting, content review, distribution, and performance measurement.

Build partnerships that place content on creators' channels and on ours, and structure deals that hold partners accountable to results.

Work with internal talent and subject-matter experts to develop them into consistent, effective on-camera and on-platform voices.

YouTube and owned channels

Take full ownership of the YouTube channel and treat it as a growth asset rather than a publishing destination.

Own channel strategy: content architecture, series development, titling, thumbnails, packaging, retention analysis, playlist and end-screen strategy, SEO, and publishing cadence.

Build a reporting practice around channel performance - views, retention, subscriber growth, and downstream contribution - and use it to drive the content roadmap.

Extend the same rigor to our other owned social channels.

Qualifications

6+ years in brand, content, or creator marketing, with meaningful time spent owning a brand's external presence rather than executing against someone else's plan.

Demonstrated experience growing a YouTube channel – you can speak specifically to what you changed and what it produced. Packaging, retention, and channel strategy should be second nature, not something you'd need to research.

Proven track record sourcing, negotiating, and managing creator or influencer partnerships, including contracts and performance terms.

Experience developing internal, non-professional talent into credible on-camera presence.

Strong editorial and visual judgment; able to tell the difference between content that performs and content that merely exists.

Analytical fluency across YouTube Studio and native social analytics; comfortable tying content activity to business outcomes.

Experience in a high-consideration, lead-generation, or regulated category – financial services, insurance, or similar – is a strong plus.

Direct communicator with a point of view and the evidence to support it.

Preferred

Background in precious metals, retirement, or financial services.

Familiarity with advertising and content compliance constraints in financial products.

Hands-on production or post-production literacy sufficient to direct creators and vendors credibly.

Why This Role
We have distribution, budget, and consistent content output. What we do not have is anyone accountable for whether it adds up to a brand. This role has real ownership, direct access to marketing leadership, and a channel and footprint that are visibly under-optimized - meaning early wins are available to whoever takes it seriously.
