About the role:
A financial services accountis seeking aseniorvirtualeventsandmultimediaproducerto lead the planning, production, and delivery of high-qualitylive, on demand, and hybrid virtual events, as well as videocontent.

This rolepartners closely with the Head of Multimedia and Production Manager to support and evolve end-to-end production workflowsand deliver best-in-class client experiences,while helping shape the future of virtual and hybrid event delivery across the firm. The role combines hands‑off production oversight with a focus on scale, engagement, and operational efficiency,leveragingmodern production tools, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled workflows whereappropriate. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly responsive, and holds a high bar for quality and results.

What you will be doing:

Lead end ‑ to ‑ endvirtual and hybrid event production, frominitialbriefing and creative alignment through execution and reporting

Lead all video content associated with and generated from webcasts, ensuring alignment with creative, brand, and production standards from concept through delivery

Design and deliver cohesive hybrid event experiences that providesan equivalent, high-quality experience for both in‑person and virtual audiences

Support EMEA video content and webcast production, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional requirements

Develop and managedetailedproject plans,scheduling,timelines, andtask liststo support multiple concurrent productions with precision and reliability

Serve as the primary point of contact forspeakers, moderators, and internal participants, ensuring clear communication oflogistics, expectations, and best practices

Oversee all technical and operational aspects of virtual event platforms, streaming tools, productionworkflows, and externalvendors

Operate with flexibility to support market‑driven rapid response needs and cyclical live webcasts, including occasional early mornings, late evenings, or extended production days

Upholdclient'sbrand, quality, and operational standards across all productions

Serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders on virtual and hybrid event design, audience engagement, and content delivery

Continuouslyidentifyopportunities to elevate event experiences through new formats, interactivity, personalization, and storytelling

Stay on thecutting edgeof virtual event trends, platforms, and audience behavior, proactively recommending enhancements andnew approaches

Leverage AI tools and automation tooptimizeplanning, production, andpost ‑ eventworkflows

Partner with the multimedia team to evolve anAI ‑ enabledproduction model that improves speed, consistency, and cost efficiency

Usedata ‑ driveninsights to inform event strategy, audience targeting, engagement optimization, and performance measurement

Createtimely, clear, and effective communications for stakeholders, speakers, and partners

Manage event data, metrics, and analytics to supportfollow ‑ up, reporting, and continuous improvement

Proactivelyidentifyand delivervalue ‑ addsat every opportunity-finding innovative ways to enhance content, engagement, and impact

Share best practices, emerging platforms,and new supplier insights across the team to continuously raise the bar

What you need to be great in this role:

5–6+ years producing live virtual events/webcasts and hybrid events (corporate, agency, or enterprise environment),preferably in financial services environment

Strong working knowledge of live streamingandwebcast production fundamentals,with hands‑on experienceusingat least one major virtual event/webcast platform

Bachelor’s degree in communications, media, broadcast, or related field or equivalent practical experience

Proventrack recordmanaging multiple,high-visibility productions simultaneously, balancing tight timelines, senior stakeholders, and uncompromising production standards

Demonstrated ability to run show flow development, rehearsals, speaker prep, live run‑of‑show execution, and contingency planning

Excellentprojectand productionmanagementskills, including development oftimelines, run‑of‑show documents, production briefs, and task plans

Demonstrated experiencemanagingvendors, freelancers, and cross‑functional partners from kickoff through post‑eventdelivery

Data‑driven mindset, with experiencemeasuringand reporting event metrics (e.g.,registrations, attendance, engagement, watch time, drop‑off, Q&A, poll participation)and translating insights into actionable improvements

Exceptional written and verbal communicationskills;with the abilityto translate technical requirements into clear guidance for speakers and stakeholders

High emotional intelligence with executive presence: calm under pressure, proactive, service-minded, and confident in live production environments

Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence, ensuringbrandintegrity, show polish, audience experience, and participant readiness

Experience designing virtual/hybrid events for audience engagement and content strategy (formatselection, interactivity, segmentation, personalization, story arc).

Foundational understanding of video post‑production workflows and formats, includingbasic editorial concepts,audio standards, codecs, frame rates, and branding packages

At the time of this posting , the base salary for this position may range from $130,000.00 to $140,000.00 USD . Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
