Overview

The PART-TIME Webcast Event Producer role supports the web products for our customers. It facilitates high level professional event programs, conducts advanced record sessions, and provides advanced consulting and program management services. This role is key to successful Fortune 100, 500, and 1000 event calls especially when a web component is utilized. This is a fully remote role.
Responsibilities

Utilize our Webcasting tools to deliver our live webcasting services
Support the client through the delivery of their webcast event
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Properly escalate issues to appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Ensure all issues are properly logged through internal communication tools
Qualifications

Proven work experience in any of the following: virtual event production, video production, recording studio experience and technical support
Proficient with Windows/Linux/macOS environments
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Familiarity with remote desktop applications, Slack, Teams
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal in English
Excellent attention to detail

This role requires that you supply your own equipment. The minimum specifications are listed below.
Hardware — PC or Mac (computer must be plugged in, with a sound card, speakers, and a monitor with 1024x768+ resolution)
Operating System — Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8.1 Pro or newer, MacOS 10.14 or newer
Processor (CPU) — Intel Core i5 3.0GHz or better
Memory (RAM) — 4GB
Browser — Current or previous 5 versions of Google Chrome
Internet Speed — A dedicated and wired high-speed internet connection of 3 Mbps or better (upload and download)
