Marketing Communications Coordinator

Role Description
The Marketing Associate is a part-time (approximately 20 hours per week), on-site position based in Greenville, SC. This position supports LMG Architects' marketing and business development efforts by creating marketing content, maintaining the firm's brand, and assisting with client outreach and proposal development.

Typical Responsibilities include:

Developing, updating, and organizing marketing materials and project sheets

Creating and managing social media content and assisting with website updates

Supporting proposal, qualification, and presentation development for prospective clients / projects

Conducting market and competitor research to identify business development opportunities

Assisting with email marketing and client outreach initiatives

Coordinating community engagement and networking activities

Coordinating project photography and overall portfolio

Collaborating with architects and firm leadership to maintain consistent branding and messaging

Tracking marketing initiatives and helping implement strategies that support the firm's growth

Qualifications

Excellent written, verbal, graphic, and interpersonal communication skills

Experience creating marketing content for print, digital, and social media platforms

Ability to conduct market research and organize findings into actionable insights

Experience supporting business development through proposals, presentations, and client communications

Strong project management, organization, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Canva, WordPress, or similar marketing platforms is a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a small-office environment

Prior Experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Interest in architecture, construction, engineering, or design industries is preferred

Photography skills a plus

Compensation
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. This part-time position offers a flexible work schedule, with approximately 20 hours per week and flexibility in daily scheduling.
