Social Media Content Creator

What you’ll do: Shoot and edit Reels, Stories, and social-first video content
Write scroll-stopping copy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest & YouTube
Execute against our content calendar — pillars, formats, deadlines
Partner with our team on scheduling, influencer collabs, and performance reporting
What you bring: 1–3 years creating content for brand social accounts
Strong video shooting + editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Copywriting that flexes across platforms and brand voice
Familiarity with Hootsuite, Canva/Adobe Suite
Grocery, retail, or CPG experience a plus
Thrives in a fast-paced agency environment
This position is a hybrid position. While the majority of work will be done remotely, you must be able to commute to the corporate headquarters in Matthews, NC or to retail store locations nearby.
