The Associate Director, Omnichannel Orchestration Capability Lead will work in collaboration with US Market stakeholders and Global support organizations to define, develop and implement new capabilities required to advance orchestration of seamless and personalized experience with customers. This individual will be the centralized business liaison accountable to drive enhancements to the data & insights, processes and technology that enable omnichannel orchestration for both US Business Units (Oncology and Specialty, Pharma & Infectious Diseases). They will be the business strategy lead for assigned capabilities including, but not limited to areas such as Omnichannel Orchestration, Salesforce, and Veeva.
Primary Responsibilities
Capability Strategy & Evolution
Understand desired /defined customer experience and business needs in order to translate into actionable omnichannel orchestration capability requirements (people, process, technology, data & insights)
Partner with Digital Human Health to translate business to functional requirements and ensure the product and features deliver on the needs of the respective business.
Serve as the lead advocate/primary liaison for all communication on related capabilities for business stakeholders, ensure communications are aligned to overall enterprise communications priorities, opportunities, and field engagements
Possess a deep knowledge about our current and future data & insights martech stack needs for omnichannel orchestration, as well as knowledge of vendor roadmaps (examples include but not limited to: Data Genie, Salesforce, Adobe, Veeva
Partner with other Omnichannel Capability teams (e.g. Content Creation) to define, development and implement solutions to support content personalization strategies
Obtain buy-in from brand teams on experimentation use cases and collaborate with team members to conduct tests
Define governance process and metrics to conduct and evaluate marketing experimentation efforts and integrate learnings across markets
Provide input to future state omnichannel capabilities roadmap and support prioritization and enablement of the capabilities
Leadership
Lead cross-functional capability team(s); define goals and work iteratively to deliver value to business stakeholders and end customers
Develop, manage and communicate metrics & KPIs that drive transformation of capabilities
Evangelize and guide Business Units stakeholders on how marketing technology supports the business and customer strategies
Improve data literacy by bringing analytics into the heart of all marketing activities and tools
Champion the organization to operate in an experiential manner leveraging data & insights and new technology
Partner with vendors to ensure the strategy, approaches, and requirements for omnichannel capabilities are understood and implemented appropriately

Education:
Minimum: Bachelor's degree
Desired: Master's degree
Required Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of knowledge in one or a combination of the following: Marketing/Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Data & analytics, Marketing Technology
Experience with marketing automation / multichannel marketing hub tech solutions that enable omnichannel personalized experiences.

The salary range for this role is
$156,900.00 - $247,000.00
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
