We are seeking a proven C&I Senior Relationship Manager to play a key role in growing and deepening our commercial banking portfolio. This is an opportunity to partner closely with business clients, delivering tailored financial solutions that drive their success while contributing meaningfully to the bank’s growth. In this role, you will operate as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base, leveraging your expertise in credit, business development, and market insights to identify opportunities, structure complex solutions, and build long‑term relationships with up‑market clients. You’ll collaborate across internal teams, influence key credit decisions, and lead strategic client engagements while shaping the future of our commercial banking presence in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities
Acquire, develop and manage commercial banking relationships by providing customized solutions across different commercial segments.

Structure and package practical and competitive solutions that demonstrate an understanding of financing, cash management and overall business needs.

Build a strategy that grows the portfolio by providing financial solutions and developing new business from both existing and new customers.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience serving commercial businesses with annual revenues up to $250MM

Established COI network within the Commercial Business GAR segment

Additional Compensation
Additional base salary and incentive will be considered for highly qualified candidates who meet the preferred qualifications.
