Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with private wealth channel partners in the West Coast region alongside Regional Directors to drive sales and AUM growth.

Develop and implement a business plan for efficient territory management, including sales pipeline oversight and target marketing using data and analytics.

Research competitor products and understand how they fit into clients’ portfolios.

Create analytic presentations to support financial advisors.

Maintain daily activity logs and meeting/call notes in CRM, ensuring communication with Regional Directors.

Execute continuous touchpoints via email, phone, and in-person to build trust, address client service inquiries, and conduct update calls.

Develop consultative relationships with financial institutions and drive revenue growth in the region.

Participate in internal roundtable discussions and feedback sessions to enhance product expertise.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in private markets with established client relationships.

Strong understanding of private and alternative asset classes (interval funds, BDCs, REITs) and financial investment strategies.

Track record of raising assets and increasing market presence within private markets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Organizational and prioritization skills to manage a busy calendar of client meetings.

Team-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.

FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 or 66 required.

CAIA, CFA, or CIMA preferred.

Base pay may vary by location and experience. Additional elements may include a sign‑on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits such as 401(k) eligibility and paid time off.
