YOUR ROLE
As the Group Director, Integrated Investment Lead, you will champion media investment, delivering innovation and excellence in work. You will oversee strategic media investments across Video/CTV, Local TV/Audio, OOH/Print, Display, Native, Social, Search and Programmatic, as well as manage strategic partnerships within Crossmedia’s Enterprise Partnership Program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investment Strategy
- Bring investment expertise in strategic and tactical planning across all channels.
- Create overall strategic investment roadmap, innovation, and discover watchouts.
- Lead budget investment – tactical recommendations and evolutions.
- Stay up to date on the evolving media landscape across channels.
- Define the right investment strategy by selecting platforms, buying methods, and leveraging Centers of Excellence and planning/audience teams.
- Central Investment Representation
- Lead cross‑channel investment POVs and client/marketplace communications.
- Represent all Centers of Excellence upstream within account, strategy, analytics, and audience practices.
- Investment Activation
- Manage agenda, timeline, and delivery of all client media activation.
- Oversee workflow, communication, and day‑to‑day account buying accountability.
- Lead RFPs including ideation, issuance, assessment, and negotiations.
- Steward buys such as platform input, maintenance, budget tracking.
- Manage reporting & reconciliation: insight amplification, accuracy, QA, actualization, and forecasting.
- Partnerships
- Develop long‑ and short‑term strategic partnership plans and maintain relationships.
- Negotiate joint business plans across partners such as Google and Social partners.
- Manage partnership commitments, added value, and escalation decisions for significant deals.
- Team Leadership
- Develop clear cross‑channel priorities and ensure teams collaborate effectively.
- Architect and oversee efficient business processes, including presentations and partnerships across teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- 12+ years of media experience with a focus on investment.
- Strong media foundation across all channels.
- Significant client‑facing experience, serving as primary point of contact for high‑profile clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to inspire and develop team members for high performance.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for new tools, ideas, and opportunities.
- Keen awareness of latest media trends and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience with negotiation and implementation of partnership commitments.
- Must be proximate to our NY office – hybrid work with 2‑3 days in office per week.
