Remote K-12 District Success Manager

Branching Minds is hiring a Customer Success Manager to map the end-to-end customer experience for school and district partners. You will lead onboarding, check-ins, renewal conversations, and cross-functional collaboration to implement success plans and increase platform adoption.
You will act as a primary liaison among sales, implementation, professional services, product, and marketing while driving customer health metrics and renewal opportunities.
