We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Director of Client Services

to join our team and lead our paralegal department. This position plays a critical role in overseeing case management, supervising support staff, and ensuring the highest level of service and compliance across all bankruptcy matters.
Position Summary
As the

Director of Client Services , you will oversee a team of paralegals and legal clerks while working closely with attorneys to support all aspects of bankruptcy case management and client representation. The ideal candidate is an experienced legal professional with strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of bankruptcy procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of paralegals and legal clerks to increase output and quality of work product.
Assign, prioritize, and monitor workloads to ensure timely completion of client matters and adherence to deadlines.
Review and approve work product for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal requirements.
Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and filing bankruptcy-related legal documents, including petitions, schedules, motions, and other court filings.
Conduct legal research and analysis regarding bankruptcy laws, regulations, and case precedent.
Communicate with clients, courts, trustees, and other parties to facilitate case progression and resolution.
Maintain case files and electronic records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data security standards.
Develop and implement processes that improve department efficiency and workflow management.
Ensure team adherence to firm policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Required
Proven experience supervising and managing a team of paralegals or legal support staff.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Juris Doctor (JD) degree or current JD candidate.
Experience with Jubilee Software.
Prior experience managing bankruptcy case workflows and staff performance.
At least 3 years experience in consumer bankruptcy law
Compensation
$85,000-$140,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and licensure.
Performance-based bonuses also available.
