Marketing Operations Coordinator

Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a Marketing Operations Senior Coordinator to support onboarding, training initiatives, department communications, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations.
What You'll Do
Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new marketing team members
Assist with department communications, presentations, and reporting
Maintain marketing resources, intranet content, and process documentation
Support mentoring programs and special projects
Partner with Marketing, Learning & Development, and Finance teams to drive operational excellence
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of marketing operations experience within a professional services environment, legal preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience with Sitecore, Qualtrics, Cornerstone, Smartsheet, Salesforce, or HubSpot
