What We Need You For

As a Social Media Manager, you will drive the EFA’s social media presence and community engagement, especially during game days. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and growing EFA’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Creating engaging social media posts, captions, and story formats
Community management (responding to comments, DMs, fan interaction)
Cutting and publishing highlight clips quickly on game days
Live coverage and real-time content support during games
Coordinating closely with media teams and franchise representatives
Monitoring trends and identifying growth opportunities
Supporting paid social campaigns when required

What You Bring

Strong passion for football and sports storytelling
Experience managing social media accounts
Ability to edit short-form video content quickly
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with the ability to design engaging digital and social media graphics
High responsiveness and ability to work under time pressure, especially on game days
Creativity and strong understanding of social media trends
Team spirit and proactive mindset
Availability on selected game days, including weekends
