Role and Responsibilities:Sign and represent digital influencers/talent/creators Procure opportunities on behalf of your roster and the roster of Hyphen (and the larger portfolio (e.g., Reign Maker Talent))Service, support, and build talents businesses and scale talents opportunities Optimize and oversee the talent onboarding process from prospect/scouting to signed talentUnderstand key influencers and creator economy trends to recruit for the talent roster and buyers Create and develop strong buyer relationships and regular buyer coverage Strong focus and research skills to identify market trends in real time (across various time zones and verticals)Robust understanding of the creator economy landscape, monetization trends, and platform optimization techniquesGrow a team that manages/develops/maintains relationships between influencers and buyers (brand and agencies)Be a resource for other Talent Managers, teams, and leaders through collaboration, mentorship, and learningMeet and exceed monthly KPIs and goalsMust-Haves:4+ years of experience in talent management/talent representation of influencers/talent/creators (and/or celebrities/athletes/models with a strong digital presence)Experience representing creators across various niches and verticalsRobust network of digital talent, buyers, brands, agencies, and other facets of the general digital and entertainment landscapesExperience professionally managing brand partnerships, buyers, endorsements, and multilevel marketing/brand campaignsSuccess (or desire to self-motivate) by operating in a remote or potentially hybrid working environment with team members working across North America + abroadAbility to keep desk and company shared folders organized, productive, and efficientAbility to multi-task and manage multiple communication mediums (email, slack messages/huddles, google-meets, text, etc.) without being overwhelmed and losing productivity or becoming forgetfulA calm, confident, rationale demeanor whose personality thrives in a team and doesnt let themselves get distracted by drama and treats their clients and co-workers with a kind eye and respect
