As an Associate Director of Sales (ADOS), you support the Sales & Marketing team in driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring a seamless move‑in experience for new residents.

What You’ll Do

Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system

Support lead follow‑up through call‑outs, call‑ins, and presentations

Assist in setting and tracking sales goals

Prepare move‑in paperwork and administrative files

Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership

Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move‑in packets

Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist

Welcome and orient residents and families on Move‑In day

Support on‑site sales and marketing events

Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families

You play a key role in guiding families through the decision process and creating a positive first impression of the community.

What We’re Looking For

1+ year sales support or customer service experience

Strong phone, presentation, and communication skills

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities

Detail‑oriented and service‑focused

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Pay Range: $22.35 - $27.95 per hour

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non‑discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
