The Digital Content Administrator (DCA) is responsible for creating, maintaining, and expanding all company digital platforms. This includes content publishing and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a quality digital experience across all digital platforms by users. The DCA will optimize and improve the website and all digital platforms, while collaborating with departments to plan and develop website, apps and ecommerce platforms content, style and layout.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Web related products and all digital platforms used by the Ministry (Web Sites, Mobile Apps, E-store, Portals, Aleyant, & Food Services etc.) and may also provide end-user training for these tools
Creating and managing all Blackthorn events for the Ministry, including required landing pages if needed
Creating all giving campaigns for Classy
Manage the World Changers Virtual Learning Center (LMS) by assisting with course creation, ensuring functionality, and training and providing support to end users
Communicate technical requirements to content providers and ensures that all documents meet established content standards
Ensure that all digital platforms are functional and provide a welcoming user experience
Upload broadcast and partnerships products and service videos to required digital platforms within the established schedule
Create the monthly product rider for Creflo Dollar Ministries and disseminate to all internal parties
Knowledge of all websites and their backend layout and design
Maintain company websites by updating web content on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Coordinate with Marketing to build website content, including building landing pages when needed
Assist in troubleshooting web related problems, escalated and coordinate the resolution of difficult system issues with vendors or information technology staff
Properly prioritize issues as they arise and obtain support from IT team as needed
Research information that enhances the value of all of our digital platforms
As with all team members, foster a collaborative working environment, and encourage new ideas from the team
Monitor and provide technical support related to displayed content on sites, Apps and ecommerce platforms
Assist with weekend/after hours on call rotation, when needed
Update and maintain position’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Education
High School Diploma or GED
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS or other web-based technologies
Working knowledge of SEO, Email Marketing & Digital Platform strategies
Experience with HTML
Knowledge of website design practices and familiarity with recent trends in marketing, including social networking strategies
Must be familiar with a variety of web content concepts, practices, and procedures
Ability to think dynamically and apply critical thinking to technical and publishing challenges
Ensuring all content is relevant and compelling working with Publications, Marketing, Product Development Departments
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Must possess the ability to work in a collaborative, creative team environment
