A confidential B2B SaaS company is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Vice President of Marketing to lead its marketing organization through its next stage of growth. This leader will own the strategy, execution, and performance of the marketing function, with a focus on pipeline generation, brand positioning, product marketing, client expansion, and market presence across a multi-product portfolio.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on B2B SaaS marketing leader who knows how to build predictable pipeline, sharpen positioning, align tightly with Sales and Product, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-moving growth environment.

What You’ll Do
Own and lead the company’s overall marketing strategy, operating plan, budget, and performance metrics.
Build and execute a demand generation engine that drives qualified pipeline, marketing-sourced opportunities, and revenue growth.
Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and go-to-market execution.
Lead product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, launch planning, and sales enablement.
Strengthen the company’s brand presence in target markets through thought leadership, content, events, digital campaigns, analyst/industry engagement, and customer advocacy.
Develop segmented marketing strategies for existing clients, prospects, strategic accounts, and partner channels.
Support expansion initiatives across the company’s product portfolio.
Use data to measure funnel performance, campaign ROI, attribution, conversion, and revenue impact.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team across demand generation, content, product marketing, digital, events, and marketing operations.
Partner with Product, Customer Experience, and Executive Leadership to ensure market feedback informs roadmap, messaging, and growth strategy.
Improve marketing systems, processes, reporting, and operational discipline to support scalable growth.
Represent the company externally as a credible voice in the market when appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior marketing leadership.
Proven success leading marketing for a SaaS, software, technology, fintech, telecom, MSP, or recurring revenue business.
Demonstrated ability to generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Strong understanding of demand generation, product marketing, brand strategy, marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, and sales enablement.
Experience partnering with Sales leadership in a metrics-driven revenue organization.
Ability to translate business strategy into clear marketing priorities and execution plans.
Strong analytical skills and comfort managing marketing performance through dashboards, attribution, funnel metrics, and ROI analysis.
Experience leading teams through growth, change, and prioritization.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executives, cross-functional partners, and team members.
Comfortable operating strategically while also staying close enough to the work to drive execution.
Preferred Experience
Experience in PE-backed or growth-stage SaaS environments.
Experience marketing to telecom, MSP, managed services, technology services, or recurring revenue businesses.
Familiarity with payments, billing, PSA, cybersecurity, automation, or AI-enabled software solutions.
Experience scaling marketing-sourced opportunities and improving conversion across the full funnel.
Strong product marketing background, especially in multi-product environments.
