We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team onsite. The preferred location is our Orlando, FL office but could be located in Plano, TX or Hudson, NH. We offer a 9/80 work schedule and foster a professional, high‑energy culture where employees are empowered to succeed.
We are seeking a results‑driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy across multiple channels. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting revenue growth through the management of tradeshows, digital marketing, social media, advertising, website optimization, and other key marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Create and manage engaging content calendars aligned with brand messaging
Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and build online community presence
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth and engagement
Advertising & Campaign Management Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (digital, print, and industry publications)
Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI (Google Ads, social ads, etc.)
Coordinate with external agencies and media partners as needed
Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Website Management & Content Oversee company website, ensuring content is current, optimized, and user‑friendly
Collaborate with internal teams or vendors on SEO, UX, and website enhancements
Develop landing pages and conversion‑focused content
Monitor website analytics and continuously improve traffic and engagement
Brand & Content Development Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and case studies
Support product launches and promotional initiatives
Create compelling content (blogs, email campaigns, newsletters)
Marketing Strategy & Analytics Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals
Work closely with Sales and BD leadership to drive lead generation and pipeline growth
Track KPIs and marketing performance metrics
Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations
Tradeshow & Event Marketing Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of tradeshows and industry events
Manage booth design, logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional materials
Collaborate with sales teams to maximize event ROI and lead capture
Develop pre‑event, onsite, and post‑event marketing campaigns
Track and report on event performance and lead conversion
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5+ years of marketing experience (B2B and defense / security experience preferred)
Proven experience managing tradeshows and events
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising
Experience with marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms)
Knowledge, ability and skills Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to work with internal stakeholders and external resources at a professional level that builds mutual respect and confidence
Able to work independently with little to no supervision
Demonstrate attention to detail
Manages time well and meets deadlines
Work well with others as a team and in a group setting to solve problems
Able to utilize the following computer applications: CRM (Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English
Additional Requirements Travel domestically up to 10% of work time
