Reports to: Senior Brand & Marketing Manager

Location: 384 Bridge Street, Brooklyn, NY

Hours: Full-time - 35 hours per week (hybrid work schedule)

Salary Range: $60,000 - $62,000

Responsibilities

Assist with internal merchandise menu, including sourcing, pricing, and updating offerings to align with organizational needs and brand standards

Coordinate vendor quotes, submit and follow through on vendor payments, invoices, and purchase orders

Organize organizational photo assets using Adobe Lightroom, ensuring proper cataloging

Maintain workflow systems within Monday.com

Responsible for program team requests, including merchandise orders, flyers, brochures, payments, and other creative materials across departments

Capture photo and video content and document organizational events (some evenings and weekends required)

Format internal and external newsletters using Emma Email Marketing

Support with graphic and video creation for social media channels

Provide design support by updating and adapting branded templates, presentations (PowerPoint and Google Slides), marketing materials, and visual assets in Canva and Adobe InDesign

Assist the Senior Manager of Brand & Marketing with operational and production needs as required

Backend website updates, including content edits and page maintenance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum of 2 years professional experience working in a for-profit or non-profit office environment

Experience with Google Office

Experience with project management tools (Monday.com or similar)

Experience with WordPress or other website system

Experience with Canva

Experience with Adobe Lightroom

Experience with InDesign or other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plus
