Commercial Director

The Commercial Director is a key member of the Hotel’s Executive Leadership Team, responsible for shaping strategic and operational decisions and leading the commercial strategy across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Public Relations .

Key Responsibilities
Lead & Develop p: Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing commercial team and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence
Drive Revenue : Lead RevPAR performance through strategic planning, pricing, and inventory optimization
Shape Commercial Strategy : Oversee marketing, promotions, advertising, and PR initiatives aligned with the hotel’s brand and market positioning
Lead Sales : Own key accounts, support major business opportunities, and serve as the hotel’s senior commercial leader
Deliver Results : Set, monitor, and achieve commercial goals across segments and channel
Build Relationships : Represent the hotel with key industry partners, corporate clients, convention & visitors bureaus, and community stakeholder

What We’re Looking For
Senior leadership experience across luxury hotel commercial functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management
A proven track record of driving revenue growth, business development, and high-value deals
Strong financial acumen and expertise in revenue and budget management
A confident decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse environment
Demonstrated success building, leading, and retaining high-performing teams
Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Experience with revenue and client management systems preferred
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
