Role Overview

BOND is building a new category of luxury aviation, andwe'relooking for a Marketing Consultant to serve as a senior strategic advisor to our VP of Marketing.You'llbring marketingexpertise, judgment, and recommendations across brand strategy, campaign direction, event and member experience strategy, and content strategy.

This role shapes direction and evaluates outcomes — itdoesn'townday-to-day coordination, scheduling, or productionlogistics.You'llpartner with the VP of Marketing and provide strategic guidance to the Brand Designer and supporting coordinators, whoretainownership of execution.

This role is for a seasoned marketing professionalwho'scomfortable being a sounding board rather than a doer — someone with deep, current marketingexpertisein a luxury context and the executive presence toadvisesenior leadership with clarity and credibility.

What You'll Do

Advisethe VP of Marketing on strategic priorities, resourcing trade-offs, and marketing plan direction.
Serve as a senior thought partner on brand positioning, campaign strategy, and member experience direction.
Evaluate agency and partner performanceand recommend adjustments to scope, direction, or partnerselection.
Shape strategic direction for campaigns across channels, informed by performance data and market insight.
Set strategic direction for content and social strategy, including brand voice and positioning guidance.
Advise onstrategy and positioning for founding member experiences, activations, and the referral program.
Guide strategic direction and voice for member communications and touchpoint prioritization.

Required Qualifications

5+ years in a marketing management, project management, or brand operations role, ideally within luxury fashion, luxury hospitality, luxury automotive, luxury tech, or a high-end creative agency.
Track recordadvisingsenior leadership on marketing strategy and campaign direction, rather than primarily executing it.
Strong analytical and written communication skills, able to translate data and market insight into clear strategic recommendations.
Experience evaluating agency and vendor performance at a strategic level.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience shaping event and member experience strategy in a luxury or membership-based brand.
Prior experience in a direct advisory capacity to a CMO, VP of Marketing, or equivalent.
A genuine appreciation for luxury culture and an instinctive understanding of the BOND standard.

Compensation

Base pay of $90,000–$95,000 per year, plus bonus based on meeting SMART goals.
