Join our stellar team as a 100% REMOTE Marketing Consultant, operating within the 7:30 AM–3:30 PM Mountain Standard Time window. Must live in North America.
As a Marketing Consultant, you’ll work hands-on with med spa owners and their teams - helping them implement the Diamond Accelerator System, optimize campaigns, and scale profitably.
Marketing Expertise Consulting Excellence: You know how to diagnose problems, design solutions, and walk clients through change with confidence.
Marketing Strategy Mastery: You can develop holistic marketing strategies to promote events, services, etc and that incorporate every aspect of online advertising - paid social, search, SEO, email, SMS, content, and beyond.
Results-Driven Mindset: You care deeply about client outcomes and know how to optimize strategies for ROI.

Responsibilities Act as the primary marketing consultant for assigned clients - reviewing performance, diagnosing problems, and building strategies.
Guide clients on marketing, sales, and operational improvements to maximize results.
Review data + trends, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable steps.
Partner with internal delivery teams (ads, SEO, website, content, social, etc.) to ensure strategies are implemented smoothly.
Collect and share client feedback to drive continuous improvement in our consulting system.
Spot upsell opportunities where clients would benefit from additional services.
Base + commission (varies based on experience: $80K - $110K+) & medical, dental, vision, 401K
