About This Role
Join us as a Senior Product Developer to build the core infrastructure powering Mentrex's autonomous coding capabilities. You'll work on cutting-edge AI agent systems, designing and implementing features that help developers ship software faster than ever before. This role combines deep technical challenges with direct product impact.

What You'll Do

Architect and implement core features for the Mentrex AI coding agent platform

Design scalable systems that handle complex code generation and analysis tasks

Lead technical decisions and establish best practices for the engineering team

Integrate and optimize LLM capabilities within the product experience

Collaborate with Product and Design to shape the roadmap and user experience

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth

Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards

Debug and resolve complex issues across the stack

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional software engineering experience

Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript ecosystems

Strong experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js

Familiarity with AI/ML integration, particularly LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

Experience building developer tools, IDEs, or code analysis systems is highly valued

Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
