Customer Experience Specialist – Onsite Home Remodels

West Shore Home in Buford, GA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support all customer service functions at the local branch. You will provide a 5-star experience, diagnose product issues, and schedule post-install service visits.
The role requires handling high-volume calls, responding to requests via phone, email, and website, and coordinating with the General Manager and Service Manager to resolve escalations. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday.
