Leading the end-to-end Federal proposal development lifecycle, the full-time remote Federal Proposal Manager will ensure high-quality, compliant proposals while collaborating with various teams to drive business growth across Federal Civilian, Health, and DoD markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete proposal lifecycle from opportunity qualification through submission and post-submission analysis
Develop and enhance proposal infrastructure, tools, and processes to support long-term growth
Support business development and capture planning activities to strengthen active pursuits and future opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
8+ years of experience in Federal Government proposal management and business development
Proven success in leading complex Federal proposals under FAR-based procurements
Strong understanding of Federal proposal best practices and compliance management
Experience with opportunities across Federal Civilian agencies and/or the Department of Defense
