Requirements:
1+ years of Sales Manager or Internet Sales Manager experience
1+ years of Finance experience - ON DESK or in OFFIC.
Secondary Finance knowledge is a HUGE Bonus!
Strong leadership and team training skills
Positive, motivating attitude
Familiarity with Joe Verde selling systems and process a HUGE Bonus!
Responsibilities:
Train, coach, and motivate sales team
Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
Create and maintain a positive dealership culture
