Position Overview
As Proposal Writer, you’ll help Imperial win new work by developing clear, compelling, and compliant proposals that showcase our experience and capabilities. Working closely with Marketing, Preconstruction, Operations, and executive leadership, you’ll coordinate multiple pursuits, manage proposal schedules, edit technical content, and deliver polished submissions that reflect Imperial’s commitment to quality.

What You’ll Do

Write and assemble proposal documents

Develop executive summaries, cover letters, and proposal narratives

Edit technical content for clarity, consistency, and readability

Review solicitation documents for compliance requirements

Perform final QA/QC reviews before submission
