Summary
The Executive Vice President of Sales is responsible for delivering company revenue targets by building a predictable, high-quality pipeline and driving consistent sales execution across all channels. This role leads the sales organization with a focus on accountability, conversion efficiency, and scalable growth through both direct and partner-driven revenue streams.
The EVP of Sales establishes and enforces a disciplined sales operating system, ensuring alignment across teams and functions while developing strong leaders capable of scaling the organization. Success in this role is measured by the ability to translate sales activity into predictable revenue outcomes and sustained business growth.

Essential Functions
Revenue Growth & Sales Performance
Own revenue results across direct and partner-driven sales channels.
Establish revenue targets, performance expectations, and accountability measures to drive predictable growth.
Manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity conversion to achieve company sales objectives.
Channel Development & Sales Operations
Expand and optimize bank, ISV, and strategic partner relationships to generate measurable revenue outcomes.
Implement and enforce standardized sales processes, CRM discipline, reporting, and performance analytics.
Ensure operational consistency, data integrity, and visibility across the sales organization.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales leaders and teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and results.
Make talent and organizational decisions that support long-term growth and scalability.
Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales execution with company goals.
Contribute to annual planning, resource allocation, and revenue growth strategies.
Represent the organization with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders while providing market and competitive insights.
Additional Responsibilities
Monitor KPIs related to conversion rates, pipeline quality, and sales productivity
Provide market insights and customer feedback to Product and Executive Leadership
Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency, conversion rates, and pipeline predictability
Travel as required to support business needs
Perform other duties as assigned in support of company goals and business needs

10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and scaling sales organizations
Experience leading both direct and partner/channel sales models preferred
