At DC Pines Roofing, our Field Marketing Development Specialist is one of the most important roles in the company because they help shape the first impression new hires have of our culture, standards, leadership, and opportunity.

This role is for someone who is highly personable, energetic, confident, and naturally motivating… someone who knows how to command a room, keep people engaged, build confidence, and coach individuals to improve quickly.

You’ll be responsible for in‑office class training, developing, and evaluating new field marketing hires through hands‑on coaching, roleplay, shadowing, accountability, and live field training.

What You’ll Do

Lead onboarding and ramp‑up training for new field marketing hires

Teach door‑to‑door canvassing fundamentals and communication skills

Facilitate roleplay exercises, demonstrations, and objection handling practice

Conduct live field shadows and hands‑on coaching in real‑time environments
