The team leads cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives, supports major M&A integrations, and drives transformational changes to the firm’s operating model and technology platforms.The RoleAs a Senior Director in the Enterprise Transformation Office, you will partner closely with executive and senior leadership to lead the delivery of Invesco’s enterprise AI transformation program. This includes coordinating across teams responsible for a portfolio of AI initiatives, such as workflow redesign, employee-facing AI tool deployment, and enterprise-wide AI acceleration programs.You will operate at the center of cross-functional execution, ensuring strong alignment, transparency, and disciplined delivery across initiatives.
