Responsibilities
- Create video and image content using AI generation tools
- Work with prompts, references, and iterate on generations until they hit different
- Edit video with a sharp eye for rhythm, continuity, music, and captions
- Build content around solid storytelling: hook, tension, story, payoff
- Adapt content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Stay on top of trends, formats, and aesthetics across social media
- Take briefs and feedback like a pro, and keep your files/versions organized
Nice to Have
- Film, photography, graphic design, or other visual background
- Motion design or After Effects skills
- Your own social content you have made and are proud of
Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools
- Great eye and strong sense of taste
- Basic video editing skills, comfortable in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
- Understanding of composition, color, light, and typography basics
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts culture
- Creative and curious
- Fast learner, open to feedback
- Patient with testing and iterating
- Detail-oriented and accountable
- Genuine interest in visual culture, film, and internet trends
